Jack87 news today,  Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola said today that England internationals Kyle Walker and Calvin Phillips are likely to recover from injuries before the start of the World Cup in Qatar later this month.

Guardiola said Phillips has been training in part with the team but has yet to return to contact training.

“We’ll see his evolution. I know how important the World Cup is, but I’m not going to use players that I don’t think are ready,” the Spaniard said when asked if Phillips could play for City ahead of the World Cup. said the head coach.
